Yes jim ... never been released ( although there is an unmentionable cd)

If I remember! LA-LA had an interest in this release.. it was to be in 2018 some-time if that's true I will purchase this, no bootleg needed.

Yes, it is. Gorgeous, choral, spiritual segments, lots of romantic darkness and all in all just an aweinspiring score. I've had the boot for ages, but would chuck it away immediately if a legit release came about.

As for the film, I saw it once -- back in the 90s -- and remember very, very little.

I think the movie is a neat premise and a pretty unexceptional execution. I actually preferred the recent (also unexceptional) remake.

I remember the gorgeous choral stuff, but that's about it. From my recollection it had one or two stand out tracks. The rest was atmospheric.

The film- Med students purposely stop their hearts and die so they can see if there's really an afterlife, with the intent of reviving themselves afterwards.
