WOW! What a Quartet of releases. Expanded Waterworld! IN! Romancing the Stone- check one off the grail list. Can't wait to order both. Probably the Waxman scores as well. La La Land is bringing it!

Wow, my favorite James Newton Howard score gets the LLL treatment!
Guys, you nailed it one more time!

RTS is a combination of orchestra and synth, historically important because it is Silvestri's first feature. He was not particularly thrilled with the 2002 release, but I (and others) have learned "a few things" since then and this time he was completely happy with the mix and the presentation.

Well I guess I'll be buying it again. It's a quite enjoyable score.

First major studio feature, that is:

Well-done on all the releases they all look great, none for me in this batch though, I'm sure Romancing the stone will sell out quickly, I'm happy with the original Varese.

"Hemingway's Adventures of a Young Man" is a wonderful score.

I have the Label X CD, and the very first notes exhibit a strange sound that I am not sophisticated enough to identify – it sounds like the tape reel is being held for a moment, then released. Were you able to do anything about that, Mike M?

Looks like a great batch of CD's. The Waxman is a must-buy for me. I'm sure the sound quality will be excellent. LLL always does a superb job with both the CD quality and the big and excellent booklets. Thanks MV! smile

Wow, great batch MV! And thanks so much for continuing to issue Golden Age/Silver Age titles. Keep 'em coming!

Super excited by the Waxman pairing, as both albums are ones I don't have. The high prices for HEMINGWAY'S were often a deterrent, so that one in particular is very cool to see available. PEYTON PLACE is sublime beauty at its finest.

A very welcome release. I will buy despite the, in my view, rather lurid artwork, particularly on the Hemingway.

I remember really disliking RTS expecting a Raider of the Lost Ark kinda score. I'll have to wait for samples so I can see if my opinion has changed.

I remember really disliking RTS expecting a Raider of the Lost Ark kinda score. to wait .

Funny you should say that.

I have WATERWORLD and some of it is quite good indeed! But, I only like and program 8 tracks.
The rest I call the "INDIANA JONES" cues . LOL!

SO, I will not be getting this expansion but that is one fantastic cover art. Almost worth it for that alone!!!!

Stereo. So you'd have to stand on your end for it to sound right.

I don't get it

gee, you have to go thru 8 pages before we find out the new releases.
Kinda like sitting though all those annoying trailers before the movie starts!
