I have all three of the Silvas, and all three of the ones called "File #...". Same series, right? Silva are labeled "volume 1 ...." etc

The "files" versions were padded with some lines of dialog from the series and all of the music from the previous "volume" releases were arranged in episode order. So, the music specifically written for the episode were mixed with the library cues. The original releases devoted volume one to original music and the latter volumes to library cues. But if you have one set, you don't need the other. I believe all of the music is the same, with the exception of the unused version of the theme at the end of Volume 2. However, sometimes the music runs into the dialog tracks (an vice versa). I remember this bugging me when I got them.

The music during the escape on the Palotzka seemed to me a library track but from what library, and has it been released on CD? D.S. You mean during the fight? That was a Robert Farnon cue composed for "Arrival" called "Beach Fight." It's on the first CD of the Network set. It was not part of any of the Silva releases. The very end, when Rover leads the boat away, we get the closing moments of "Zero Minus Sixty"from the Chappell Music Library, which was also by Farnon. It was released twice by Silva: in Volume Three (FILMCD 126) and File #1.
