Hi Guys, does anybody know the titles of the six cues that make up 13 minute "The Chairman" suite on the Goldsmith at Fox collection. I believe one cue lasting 55 seconds is called "The Marketplace" and of course there's the End Title but what are the other 4 and where do they fit in the track list order? Any help appreciated.
This one is scattered to the four winds. We have the older Prometheus CD with the OST, the Varese Fox Box suite that has some previously unreleased material, and also the new suite on the Tadlow Blue Max set. I hope one day we can get a comprehensive recording released!
This is my most wanted Goldsmith expansion now. I always loved the LP that I acquired, sometime early 80s. Probably my second favourite Asian-influenced JG score after THE CHALLENGE. That opening title, from the quiet percussion effects...the way it builds to the 'SIZE OF AN ELEPHANT!!!' Fantastic! The old CD (LP transfer coupled with RANSOM) really doesn't do the music justice. I much prefer the sound on the JG at Fox Box. Sounds so much richer (and the extra cue is a nice bonus). I really hope some kind of clean-up (or a miraculous tape emerging) is being worked on by one of our labels. This would be an instant purchase for me.

One of my favorite Goldsmith scores, fur sure top 5. I would love to see Quartett to do the complete score. But probably Intrada has found the old tapes. Nothing seems impossible these days...
