Would something in the vein of Henry Mancini's Pink Panther scores be what you're looking for? Or his THE THIEF TO CAME TO DINNER? That's one of my favourite Mancinis ever. Not quite "crime comedy", and even less like Delerue, but are we speaking the same language at least?
Hmm - 50 views so far but no suggestions. Can you recommend something similar?
All PINK PANTHER Scores from Mancini, of course. And my personal, but unfortunate unreleased favorite score from the 1976 classic film MURDER BY DEATH from Dave Grusin !
To OP GoldyGruesomeNewman or whatever your name is - In these kinds of threads it's always helpful if the OP mentions the things he already has, or at least knows of. If not you'll get a million people (well, two so far) suggesting The Pink Panther. You did say Delerue, but it ain't much to go on.
I appreciate this genre mix a lot and would like to add some prime examples to my score library.
Which crime comedy scores do you recommend?
The one that immediately sprang to mind was Quincy Jones's The Hot Rock (aka How to Steal a Diamond in Four Uneasy Lessons). A great mix of jazz/funk/soul and a little bit of cheese on the side.
Which crime comedy scores do you recommend? Also highly recommended from my personal soundtrack collection, is the score of the French crime-comedy-film JO(1971) by composer Raymond Lefèvre. This music is fortunately released as a limited edition from the French label PLAY-TIME. I think it is still available.
Can I start and say: something like Delerue´s wonderful "Her Alibi".
Can you recommend something similar?
No, apparently we can't. That Delerue score just sounds like music for a soppy romance. We're giving you some cool jazz vibes, man, with a sprinkling of tongue-in-cheek wryness. Can you dig it?

+1
MURDER BY DEATH handily wins this category, to my ears. I don't believe it's had an official release yet but it's well worth watching the movie (which also wins its category for me) just to hear Grusin's pitch perfect score.
