I don't know what your point is...& the lost world wasn't an island. I thought the point was obvious, but the premise has been done to death already, on islands, at the poles, etc, so it would be Jackson's Lost World or Land that time Forgot. Why even reference Skull Island if Kong isnt in the picture. I wonder if they're still planning Kong vs Godzilla movie? That's what people said when Michael Keaton got BATMAN. The comedic actor turned serious and did a great job. The picture made money, too.
