Sometimes they split, sometimes they don't, how do you think they will go tonight?

I'm going to guess that La La Land gets one of them, and Hacksaw Ridge the other.

For the first time in years, I'm going to skip watching the Oscars.

I usually enjoy all the glitz and glamour of the event but this year I just know it is going to be engulfed by political opinion - much of it coming from celebrities who either seem to be totally ill-informed about politics or who are champagne socialists, preaching for a cause with massive insincerity.

Colour me totally disinterested.

Me too, and for the same reasons.

I didn't watch either. Well, I had to go to a rehearsal, but I heard that they got a little confused in what won Best Picture. Ha Ha. Priceless.

The political speeches are the only reason to watch the Oscars.
