I agree that the Marketplace shipping cost for Amazon US has become ridiculous in the past few years. It would help if they allowed combined shipping for items ordered from one seller, to save on costs. I use a local 3rd party vendor that imports from Amazon on behalf of its customers. They have a US shipping point, which enables them to collate and bulk ship groups of items for different customers together on a regular basis. They also include all customs fees so the price you see on their site is all you pay (including local shipping via courier). Thor, perhaps you should try to find out whether there is anything similar in Norway? Another option is Gerry from Soundtrackers, I believe he is willing to collect orders from different vendors for you and send them together, provided you order something from him as well. At least, I think he used to do this, perhaps it has changed, so please don't quote me on this. Just search for the Soundtrackers store on Amazon, and find out whether he still does this.
