"It sounds like the Amway-type multi-layer marketing of years ago, which really bothers me." I feel the same way, jackfu. When I was in my early twenties, I got roped in to Amway, and ran out soon after. The multi-level, or "pyramid" marketing model is deceptive. Only the people at the top of the pyramid earn real money, while those on the bottom work harder and generally earn far less. Once I was convinced that the Kangen Water product was the genuine article, I studied the marketing plan just as closely. The Enagic Company designed and copyrighted their own compensation plan, which is the most generous plan I have ever encountered in the business world. Enagic literally turns over a huge amount of their profits into the hands of their distributors. And, everyone is on a level playing field with equal opportunity to succeed. As far as clinical trials, blind testing and long-term studies, I will look into what has or has not been done, and report it here. What I do know is that these machines are used in the majority of hospitals in Japan, where they originated, 43 years ago. The United States government blocked the Enagic company's entry into the USA. Big Pharma did not want these machines to be here. It took Enagic three decades to get inside the US border.

"A lot of innovative stuff has to exist on the fringes before it even gets noticed by the general public." True! Plus, for me at least, this fact is a huge indicator that Big Pharma considers the health benefits of Kangen Water to be a very real threat.

Kangen Water is micro-clustered, ionized, alkaline water that has been produced (at my kitchen sink) by a Class A medical device that utilizes eight medical-grade, solid titanium and platinum plates. The water contains a powerful antioxidant called the negative hydrogen ion, or hydroxyl ion. Ionized water is alkaline, which helps balance the pH levels in the body. Call me a skeptic or, better yet, call me a neutral person. I don't understand why I should drink alkaline water. Cranberry juice has antioxidants and it is very acidic... http://lynnefaulkner.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/08/Kangen-Water-properties.pdf The link from the page says "45 min before meals drink 4 oz (of) pH 11.5 water followed by 20-32 ounces (of) pH 9.5 water. With the first bites of food, swallow 2-4 TBS (of) pH 2.5 water." If the pH of the water is 11.5, is this good for the teeth? Writing of teeth, it also says "Strong Acid—2.7 & Lower. Beneficial Attributes: Brush teeth and gargle for 1 minute to kill the bacteria that causes gingivitis, also provides a gentle, safe bleaching of the teeth." If the water is that acidic is still beneficial to the enamel of the teeth? If the water gets too alkaline, or too acidic, it just becomes CORROSIVE... Maybe, it's something else, besides the pH... -Rex

Sounds like we've had similar experiences, Chris. I never got involved at any level in Amway since I saw what happened to friends and family and how most all of them struggled with all the issues that came with it. Then there was Melaleuca, Noni Juice, etc., all pretty much the same. All that aside, as others have I wish you well. If it helps you, then great!

NO, because this is bullshit. I'll drink my own piss before believing any of the claims attributed to 'Kangen Water'.
