Seems like this was a great sale, but all of the titles I was somewhat interested in showed up "This title is no longer available" when I clicked on them, haha! No kidding when they said "extremely limited quantities" as I'd checked on these titles within an hour of the sale being posted here. Oh well. Somebody else somewhere enjoyed the discount!
In the USA, you get a choice of shipping rates (1st class or Media rate).
Too bad the online form does not make that obvious, and defaults to the higher option.
Seems obvious to me, otherwise I wouldnt have noticed. It's not on the "Cart" page, but after you click on "Checkout." The option is highlighted in purple and hyperlinked so you can toggle between the two costs. For example:
Yep, the Media option showed up a few months ago - those of us with patience, it's great to have. On bigger orders you can really save....I hope some option of this type happens for our overseas cousins sooner than later.
One thing I wanted to add - it does keep toggling back, so make sure your order is ready before choosing Media Mail , since every time you change anything, it flips back to priority. I think Last Child said something similar above....
