The code to use during checkout is SAVE15. Sale starts midnight Friday and goes till Monday November 28. EXCLUDING our Little Box Of Horrors and vinyl section. We don't sell our vinyl directly from our website. The link will take you to a 3rd party seller.

"Vinyls" is not a word. The plural of vinyl is "vinyl" like deer is the word for multiple deer. Or you could say records. Not trying to be a jerk, just educating.

However, vinyl could be used in the possessive form -- i.e. vinyl's -- if used in a sentence like "This vinyl's not top grade stuff".

What you have there is a plural possessive.

"Vinyls" is now an accepted term to mean what we used to call "records" or "LPs."

We can haughtily claim our superiority by sneering at it (and by the way, I do that all the time, to the delight of nobody I know), but language changes, and always has, and I would imagine that "vinyls" will soon be added to the dictionary, quite possibly this year.

I will not defend drivingmissdaisy's unforgivable apostrophe in the word, though.

What is the plural of CD?

Which is correct: "It's a 2 CD set", or "It's a 2 CDs set".

A bit like "A two-horse race" versus "A two-horses race".

Then again, we'd say "I own a dozen CDs", rather than "I own a dozen CD".

"CDs". Not "CD's".

Now THAT was funny! I wish I had that kind of time to be able to go to posts and correct grammar of other posters, but I'm too busy living life and there are more important exciting things to do smile

More importantly, did they ever catch those sin-happy vacationists? And what's the verdict on women justifying their need for extra-marital relations?? Inquiring minds need to know!
