The clue states:

"Original album released at the time of the film featured mostly songs with just a few score tracks."

"The Haunted Mansion" contained one cue, singular, a 6:14 Overture.

Score tracks, not score cues as in the Overture could have been edited of multiple cues. So, THM doesn't fit the clue.

Agreed. But I'm inclined to think this is just a case of an imprecisely worded clue. What else could it possibly be? Imprecise though it may be, settling on The Haunted Mansion makes more sense than wracking one's brains trying to find the whimsy (or tepidity) in Resident Evil. I do seem to recall Michelle Rodriguez cracking a joke or two though. Does that count? wink

Indeed "The Gift" doesn't fit the clues, and two CDs would be too much... If it s "Resident Evil", meh... give me a complete "Faculty" that would be fantastic!

Still hoping for a complete "Urban Legend" one day btw... This score is just fantastic!!

Oh, I agree, I think it's THM and that the clue was just badly worded. I seem to remember one or two other clues in the past being amended because they weren't quite right. We'll see.

Very easy for me. If it`s something by Marco Beltrami I won`t buy it because I am absolutely not interested in his scores. But if it should be Haunted Mansion I`d be the first to buy a copy.

intrada's newest release, available this Tuesday, premiers a lengthy 84-minute Disney score for large orchestra and chorus, packed with action, thrills, humor, warmth and heart. It runs across two discs and features an additional 11-minutes of alternate and unused cues and... it arrives just in time for Halloween!

Haunted Mansion it is, then!

Yippee. Just wonderful. I never was able to get a copy of the promo back then. It`s a very charming and colourful score. I actually liked the movie as well.

An instant buy for me.

So it was Resident Evil after all! wink
