It's available for streaming on Amazon Music Unlimited. I'm digging it. Definitely in the normal Tyler style. I don't know why some people here bash him....but they've been doing that for over a decade. He is one of the few composers who is an automatic listen for me.

So. I'll go ahead and say that this movie was a blast. Such a blast that it made the drudgery of sitting through the first two worth it. Is it stupid? It sure is, and it knows it, and it has fun with it. Delightful popcorn entertainment with a bone-crunching ensemble cast just having fun doing its thing. This is not the best movie I've seen in 2017, but so far it is the most fun.

As for the score . . . I never heard it on album and don't really want to, but in the film I thought it worked better than the first, where Edelman has some decent cues but the heavy lifter was a bunch of nü-metal Rammstein stuff that's not really my cup of tea, and better than the second with its disposable Beltrami score. Here the score fit the picture well enough and never distracted, unlike the first two.

it's an enjoyable, wayyyy over the top score. The usual total orchestra assault Tyler goes for in these kind of movies, with lots of, um, rad, extreme electronic stuff tossed in. But it works. The "Madsonik" type stuff gives the album some variety. Lots of fun, actually it's more fun than Tyler's recent Fate Of The Furious.
