YM are you saying the Judge Dredd trailer music was put out on CD in 2015?

Did you not know that? It's on the Intrada release of the Silvestri's score.

Just a small note: it's on the fixed version. The original pressing accidently included a re-recording. So make sure you know what you are getting.

TE: No I've been out of the loop for a couple years. FT 24/7 365 Parenting.
JB: Thanks for the tip. I woulda been pissed. I know that track like my own hand.

Glad you guys are jazzed about our batch this year. Personally, it's my favorite batch we have released since we have been doing this. Having the JW JP Collection come out on the LLL label is truly an honor and we hope that we can continue to work with the Williams and Spielberg camp for years to come (6 film scores and counting)!

4 OF THE 5 releases are in stock and will be ready to ship starting Tuesday with only the French Connection Collection coming in a little later on in the week. Originally, we were supposed to have Wonder Woman as our 5th and final title, but a last minute delay from high up the food chain delayed the release until Spring 2017. Luckily, we had FC scheduled for January 2017 and managed to get that fast tracked and out relatively on time for our Black Friday releases.

See y'all back here on Tuesday, Nov 29 at 12 pm pst for what, we expect to be, one of our best "Black Friday" release days in recent memory!

I can't overstate how much the release of the BHC scores are lifting my spirits.
When I was 13 in 1984, I would play the 45 of Axel F and it's B Side Shootout over and over.
I've probably been as excited only once or twice before for a release and not since BTTF in 2010.
Thanks again and see you on Tue.

Anybody going to contest whether Jurassic Park and The Lost World could be considered some people's grails? Anyone? Anyone?

Didn't think so.

Uhm, yes there was. Tango had already posted all the five releases. But nice try though...

Although I don't appreciate Joe 1956's "fecebook" remark either, in all fairness to him, there were no details originally in Tango Urilla's 12:05 posting. They were added sporadically a little later, after Joe 1956's post....

Just to set things straight here—not that this is a matter that needs to be harped on—you can tell from Lokutus's second post that all the details in my first post were there before Joe's comment. True, I didn't list the tracks for the other four releases, but that information could have been politely requested instead of resorting to insult. But whatever, it's all water well under the bridge at this point.

MV,

Can you tell us which of these Black Friday titles took the longest to get approved, you mentioned not having some titles ready in time for Black Friday, I was wondering if the BHC's have been in the process for years or were finally put together this year.

Thanks for the great releases.

BHC 1 and 2 without a doubt. YEARS for it all to come together. Maybe 6?

La-La Land Records, Paramount Pictures and Universal Music Special Markets presents the world premiere official release of renowned composer Harold Faltermeyer’s (FLETCH, TOP GUN, THE RUNNING MAN) original motion picture score to the legendary 1984 Paramount Pictures action/comedy BEVERLY HILLS COP, starring Eddie Murphy, Judge Reinhold and John Ashton, and directed by Martin Brest. Composer Faltermeyer defined the 80’s film score pop-synth sound and BEVERLY HILLS COP is arguably his most iconic work – certainly his most influential, as its infectious themes and compositions have continued to inspire throughout the decades into the present day. The original film score makes its world premiere with this deluxe presentation, which also includes bonus tracks -- and the original soundtrack release’s most notable songs, featuring the sizzling “The Heat is On,” performed by the late Glenn Frey (written by Faltermeyer and Keith Forsey), the hold-on-for-dear-life-truck-chase “Neutron Dance,” performed by The Pointer Sisters and more! Produced by for La-La Land Records by Dan Goldwasser and mastered by Doug Schwartz, this limited edition release of 3000 units includes exclusive, in-depth liner notes by writer Tim Greiving, with new interview quotes from Faltermeyer, and Rodeo Drive-kind-of-classy art design by Goldwasser. A must for all film music fans. It’ll sound great blaring in your car – even if there’s a banana in your tailpipe!

La-La Land Records, Paramount Pictures and Universal Music Special Markets presents the world premiere official release of acclaimed composer Harold Faltermeyer’s (FLETCH, TOP GUN, THE RUNNING MAN) original motion picture score to 1987’s smash hit sequel BEVERLY HILLS COP II, starring Eddie Murphy, Judge Reinhold and John Ashton, and directed by Tony Scott. Building upon his sensational 1984 BEVERLY HILLS COP score, composer Faltermeyer develops his action/comedy synthscape in exciting directions, melding his iconic Axel Foley theme amongst new propulsive motifs and melodies and all the while boosting the film’s slick visual approach taken by director Tony Scott. The original film score makes its world premiere with this deluxe presentation, which also includes bonus tracks -- and the original soundtrack release’s most notable songs, featuring the hard-driving “Shakedown,” performed by Bob Seger (written by Faltermeyer, Seger and Keith Forsey), the strip-pole-hugging “I Want Your Sex,” performed by George Michael and more! ^^ That email says all 5 titles don't begin shipping until this Friday December 2nd...... but earlier MV posted that the first 4 titles would ship today and only French Connection would ship later... Which is correct?

They posted pics of a bunch of boxes with the JP sets on top on the LLL FB page so I'm guessing all but French Connection will start shipping today.

French Connection is the only title currently not in stock. It will be here on Friday. The other 4 are in stock and ready to ship. However, if you order FC with the others your order will ship off starting on Friday. Sorry for any confusion
