Since the Fantatsic Cinema Store closed down, I don't know of a single shop in London that sells imported soundtracks.

Is that something that has now gone he way of the dodo or is there still a specialist shop lurking out there somewhere in the smoke?

I wish I could help you mate. The last time I was there, I was able to visit The Cinema Store, along with Stage and Screen in Notting Hill Gate. Is HMV still open, or has that gone too?

! think it's moved back to its original location near Bond Street tube station - but it is an emasculated version of what it used to be and the only soundtracks it sells nowadays are easily available releases.

How sad that there doesn't seem to be a single shop in London selling imports etc.

Sign of the times mate. Pity about The Cinema Store. I used to visit them most weekends. Got a lot of great scores there. Not much here to choose from either.

Some great photos, thanks for finding and posting.

I only discovered the shop in the 70s but absolutely loved the place. Bought so many soundtracks there I can't begin to count.

The only good thing about the current store is that they have returned the signage to the full name of His Master's Voice.
