Silvestri's OUTRAGEOUS FORTUNE is pretty nice. Likewise, Mancini's SILVER STREAK and Morris' THE IN-LAWS. Also, based on the suite I heard on YouTube, I have a sneaking fondness for Goldsmith's THE LONELY GUY.
I keep hoping Intrada can get Outrageous Fortune released thru Disney. Always loved the poster artwork for this film and I know it contained reverse artwork flipping Shelly and Bette depending on the poster.
I've always wanted a release of Leonard Rosenman's score for "Making Love." That score probably ties with "The Americanization of Emily" as my favorite.

My sentiments exactly. I loved much of his work.
And I agree also - "Making Love" had the most tender and beautiful score - both from Rosenman and from a film of the early 80s itself. I am hoping Intrada or LaLaLand can tackle this one.
"Man of la Mancha" of course. It may not be Hiller's best, and the vocals aren't great, but the orchestrations are beautiful and it's a classic score. The overture alone is worth it. Laurence Rosenthal also at his best. "To dream, the impossible dream. . . "
