For its day, an impressive George Pal production that I believe Stanley Kubrick paid attention to.

HELLO?

Destination Moon was an impressive George Pal production. Conquest of Space was positively cringe-worthy in every way possible. The technical detail was embarrassingly uninformed—even for the time—and often bordered or ventured brazenly into the absurd. The writing and acting were extremely juvenile.

The one saving grace was Sgt. Siegle (Phil Foster—Laverne DeFazio's father). "You two-timin' tomata!"

And still better than Star Trek Nemesis.

Okay, way better.
