Shuki Levy wrote the Theme song to the 1997 animated Silver Surfer Cartoon. On his site you can listen to an extended version of the theme without sound effects.
I know that "Argentum" is latin for Silver but my lack of Latin skills is making it difficult to figure out the rest.
Just wanted to bump this - see if there's any folks here with a good ear for Latin.
The link above on Mr. Levy's site is a 60 second rendition of the theme song without sound effects. I have a feeling that the theme for the TV show is the same but at a higher tempo.
I think I can help - luckily my classical education was topped up by studying law, so my Latin is pretty good. I can only make out a few lines, as the dictum is poor.
"He's a surfer dude - silver! Now the Four are screwed - silver! He don't need no satnav or iPod Cos this dude's a star surf god"

That should give you a start, anyway.
You're welcome
I knew someone here would figure this out! Thanks Tall Guy!
Have you tried using the contact form on Shuki Levy's site to ask? If I could make out the words better, I might be able to help, but as it is I just can't tell. (All the Latin I know is just from liturgical music, so it ain't much.)
