ROGUE ONE: A STAR WARS STORY---director Gareth Edwards commented on the rumor that Han Solo is in the movie, "I can put it to bed. Han Solo is NOT in the movie." He also commented on the rumor that ROGUE ONE ends ten minutes before A NEW HOPE begins, "I can't talk about things like that."
Also, producer Kathleen Kennedy added, "It definitely leads into NEW HOPE, that's very intentional... and it's a story that sits outside of anything anyone would necessarily know." She said about the rumor that Hayden Christensen is returning as Anakin Skywalker, "No, that is not true. I can confirm that, he's not in it."

THE WALKING DEAD---Jeffrey Dean Morgan gave a sneak preview of Season 7, "What you're going to see in the first half of this season is Negan wreaking havov. And some of your characters that you've grown to love are not going to be on the show anymore, and it's going to end badly for them."
He added, "It's going to be a whole new beginning for THE WALKING DEAD. Really, we've taken the show and just flipped it upside down. It's a different show now. It's going to have a different feeling. You're going to see your favorite characters in a position that they've never been in before, which is super vulnerable and victimized."
Also, Robert Kirkman commented on the end for the comic book, “The end has changed. There was one version that would have had it ending as soon as everybody reached Alexandria.“

BEETLEJUICE 2---Michael Keaton commented on the rumored sequel, "No. Zero. You always hear things, that this is happening, and people seem to know more about it than I do.... it's possible that ship has sailed. The only way to do it is to do it right. So much of it was improvised and so much was beautifully handmade by the artist that is Tim Burton. If you can't get close to that, you leave it alone. There are certain movies that are like Indian burial grounds. You never ride over them. Bad s--- happens if you cross that. You don't touch certain things. They are sacred."

SNOW CRASH---producer Frank Marshall (RAIDERS OF THE LOST ARK, JURASSIC WORLD) said the movie is underway based on the sci fi novel, "Joe Cornish is developing it with us...It takes place in the near future and it has a lot of virtual reality in it, it's a character that goes back-and-forth between what's called the 'metaverse' in Los Angeles, but the sequences are fantastic and it really gives Joe the opportunity to show that great imagination that he has and create some fantastic scenes."

SPIDER-MAN: HOMECOMING---Marvel Studios head Kevin Feige said about future sequels, “Should we be able to make more after that? Sure. This is sophomore year, is the next one junior year? Is the next one senior year? Is there a summer break between each of those? I don’t know what, but it was sort of how do we do a journey for Peter not dissimilar for what the students of Hogwarts would go through each of their years, which was one of the early ideas we had for the movies.”
Also, director Jon Watt hinted Spider-Man's new suit will have new capabilities, "Well, the suit that Spidey was given in [CAPTAIN AMERICA:] CIVIL WAR is a Stark suit, so you have to wonder with a Stark suit, what else can it do?"

LIGHTS OUT 2---the sequel is underway at New Line Cinema.

Should really be called "Star Wars: Episode 3.5 Rogue One" since it's obviously a midquel.

Hacksaw Ridge should be pretty good. I'm not a fan of the main actor being the only drawback. The story seems interesting and i'm sure the action will be brutal.

The Accountant actually looks like it might be a decent thriller.

The Great Wall i'm not sure about. The trailer did nothing for me. I always worry when i see "From visionary director..." as it seems to mean lots of CGI and a lack of intelligence in the scripting. I like the set-up for the story, and Damon is usually solid, so there's the potential for it to be pretty entertaining.
