The "70" gives it away.... "70 Seconds over Tokyo."
The rest of the poster says, "More than twice as thrilling than '30 Seconds over Tokyo.'"

Panavision?

Panavision?

The only thing that the American posters ever said (including the one most equivalent to the German poster above) was what was on the film prints themselves--"Produced in Todd-AO." This statement would be true whether one was watching a 70mm print or a 35mm print. But the actual 35mm prints that were extracted from the 65mm negative would, of course, have been released in an anamorphic format identical to a film that was shot in Panavision. I suppose that a "Panavision" credit on the ad is as good a way as any to let the audience know that they were going to view a 35mm print rather than a 70mm print that the "Produced in Todd-AO" credit might erroneously lead some to believe.
