Anyone who has both BSX releases care to elaborate on the differences? I know the newer release has more music, but there are different track titles on both releases and the timings are also different. If one has the newer release is it worth seeking out the earlier one, or put another way, is there anything on the older release that makes it worth having as well (other than the Wind tracks)? Thanks in anticipation.

Everything on the original release is on the Poledouris collection release along with cues that were unavailable when we did the first release with better sound.

Many thanks for the reply and the information, Ford.

On another note, looking forward to the Basil Poledouris Collection, Vol. II!

Yeah... hopefully Basil collection won't up like Jerry's Early Years.

If this is a boot (and I think it its), I don't think they appreciate posts like this here.

It is a boot and one of the worst sounding ones I've had the displeasure to hear..

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

What if you're on the edge of a cliff and someone throws it at you? wink

Seriously: the cd is horrendous. And not just because of the legal status.
