No more Paramount downloads until Aug or September.
Buy the cds and directly support the labels, artists and studios that work hard on bringing these treasures to instead of itunes and amazon who don't need the money as much as the little guy does.

Thanks for the update MV.
I would love to support all the labels by buying physical media but economics makes it impossible, due to my country's currency weakening by nearly 40% in the last 12 months. Downloads are much more affordable and, although not my first preference, are within my means at present.
I hope LLL will consider negotiating similar deals with some of the other studios, such as Fox, Sony and Warner?

Do you guys really take that much of a loss with digital albums versus selling physical discs??
To be honest, I loved the idea of digital downloads because I convert all of soundtracks to MP3 anyway. But I also don't want to see companies like LLL and Intrada close up shop, so physical disc purchases it is!

WELL SAID, I can not even begin to say enough WELL SAID. Support the labels ALL the labels.
Not sure what to make of MV and DMDs comments. If LLL is not benefiting from the Paramount deal then why did they agree to it? Varese has a huge catalogue on DL sites, are they also not benefiting from these sales? Should I feel guilty for wanting more of the labels stuff to be available for DL so that I can afford it?
And what about all the stuff that's OOP? Should I pay some scalper on Ebay or Amazon anything from 2x to 10x the original SRP for an OOP title? How does that support the labels? For example, LLL's own Dragonslayer is now OOP and selling new for $49.99 on Amazon. So my options are to get this on Amazon for an inflated price or purchase the DL for literally 10% of that price.
I don't pretend to understand the economics of physical media vs DL for the labels and I'm sure someone more knowledgeable will enlighten me. However, as I've said elsewhere, are the two not complimentary rather than mutually exclusive? Why can't we have (in an ideal world) an initial physical release in limited numbers, and once that sells out or gets deleted, a DL for those that are late to the party or don't have the funds to purchase physical media?
Please understand my comments are not intended to inflame, I'm just trying to get the logic of what's been said.
