Hi guys, I recently found a Dr. Who Tardis Edition, sealed, on eBay and I wondered, if it is worth it to buy?
Because it is the first Tardis Edition I've seen so far in the internet and I missed my chance to buy it when it was released, so I wanted to know what you guys think about the offer smile

here is the offer if you're interested in what I mean ! smile

I bought the cheaper clamshell edition at the time of release and it is still much better value:

The music is great as you'd expect - a really great wide selection from the history of the programme

I do remember at the time that TARDIS cd cases weren't that great in quality

Unless you really have the money or space or like space hogging boxes the clamshell version is the by far the best option for the music. Nice and compact, a lot cheaper and doesn't look like it'll fall apart if you look at it from the wrong angle. Plus the windows are the wrong size wink

The Tardis box is very nice and quite robust but not worth the extra 800 euro!

I bought it when it first came out and its a nice collectors thing. Its solidly built ( even though the design details could be better....stickers for the windows!) and the sleeves for the cds are fine and look good...BUT... i sure don't think it would be worth that price. Thats a lot of money for packaging unless you're a massive Doctor Who fan.

Plus, it's NOT the actual Tardis. You lot are burying the lead here.
