Same here. Guess the company they are using (OneLive) to charge for these screwed up. You know, since they went to OneLive it's been nothing but trouble.
That was an issue on our backend, the web store which we do not run, labels don't run that part of their store. The "ineptitude" you loving said has been fixed.
