The Adventures of Milo and Otis (Michael Boddicker) Arena (Richard Band) Homefront (Mark Isham) Mannequin (Sylvester Levay) The Man with Two Brains (Joel Goldsmith) Moving (Howard Shore)
Well, here are a few of Joel Goldsmith`s scores I would love to see released:
Rattled The Man With Two Brains Joshua Tree
and someone else mentioned Brad Fiedel`s The Serpent and The Rainbow and to that I salute. However there are one more or less unknown TV-movie score by Fiedel that I really love and that is his score to the Anette Bening film Hostage made in the late eighties.
And I would not mind The Beverly Hills Cop trilogy scores.
Anything unreleased by Vangelis will always be my number one. A full release of Missing for instance, just to name one of the dozen or so. He is sitting on tons of stuff which will probably never see the light of the day, sadly.
A comprehensive release of Opéra Sauvage has to be my number one if I had to name one above the others - Only around 43 minutes of music is released. The 21 episodes of the series run for 52 minutes or so each, so that's many hours of unreleased music. The released music is just a tiny, tiny part of what was composed for the series. Most of the episodes seem impossible to track down too.
That is without a doubt my number one, even before the dozen or so scores that don't even have a regular release. To me it sounds like it could be his most intriguing unreleased film music based on the released share of it and the fact that you can't even watch most of the episodes to hear the unreleased music in context at least is sad.

Yeah, I had heard there was a wealth of extra material from Opera Sauvage. That's always been one of my favorite Vangelis albums. Anything composed in the late 70's / early 80's was just gold.
