I dont see any "entitled babies" whining, just someone asking for info. And besides, how can you fault anyone with a Vincent Price avatar like that?

Given that Manfredini was understandably miffed about being kept out of the loop re: the release on cd, probably fair to say that this may be the current sticking point and reason for delay. As Peter said, it's not like we all have nothing else to listen to!!! By the way, are my friends and I down here in Australia in the minority of those being able to transfer lps to CDs?......

What a bunch of entitled babies. Jesus. Get on with your lives.

I have a life, thank you very much. And if you actually read my posts you'll see I wasn't throwing my soundtracks out the pram or kicking up a fuss or being rude... I DID object to DMDs rather patronising tone in his thinly disguised 'bugger off and enjoy what you have' type comment. I was genuinely interested/confused in what was going on with this title after Beth's lengthy Varèse PR announcement in the first post. Perhaps it would be better if this thread was deleted entirely, rather than it raising hope of an imminent release with the first post to 'new' readers to this thread.

Regardless, I'll be looking forward to ordering this the moment it's available.

Thank you.

Interesting, I didn't know about that. Sounds very likely that's the reason then, and fair enough.

The problem is that LP was recorded counter-clockwise for sale in the southern hemisphere where the turntables play that way due to the Coriolis effect. Everybody knows that.

I was out in the woods yesterday looking at green things and remembered this thread! What happened to this one?

I’m hoping that La La Land might be able to get this one out. They have obviously been working with Harry Manfredini on the amazing Friday the 13th Ultimate Cuts. I’ll just take a normal cut if it means finally having this released.

Looks like as if they didn't even still had the rights when announcing the CD.
