Since there's going to be an event surrounding both titles coming out March 1, details of which will be announced towards the end of the week, I thought I'd toss some clues out early. Here's one. Christopher Young Basil Poledouris Craig Safan. Fred Steiner Dennis McCarthy. Ken Wannberg Arthur Kempel William Goldstein And finally...Elliot Kaplan. Oh no wait...and JAC Redford.
http://www.intrada.net/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?f=12&t=7001 I haven't said anything about the other composer. The other signing event is for a title we released this week. But since it's the same composer as a release for March 1, that will be included as well.

Could be that or The Jungle Book, perhaps. I can't think of why there'd be an "event" for an old Poledouris score, especially with him not around to sign anything. Is there anything in the Creature Features website / newsletter?

Roger's just added another clue. Basil Poledouris. Gotta be CONAN THE DESTROYER, right!? Have reissues of FLESH+BLOOD and ROBOCOP reached double digits yet? Must be due for another release of both soon!

Doug also indicates there are more vinyls coming "in about a week" - will these be part of the March 1 batch? 2/13/2016 I've received a handful of messages from our listeners querying how we choose what titles to release on vinyl and which ones will just be on CD. There isn't really a tidy answer since we actually have different audiences for both. Our loyal customers following our CD releases are not necessarily the same ones asking for our vinyl. It's still the first day of school for 180 gram premium vinyl here but our selections are based on the genre (cult-based horror is very popular) as well as the popularity and demand for vinyl versions both here and overseas. Another big factor is in the licensing itself, with a number of upcoming vinyl releases on our docket actually being requested by the studios and licensors themselves. We have two more premium vinyl titles up for release in just about a week and yet another one following shortly thereafter. Now if we can just find room on our new warehouse shelves to handle all this stuff.

Obviously, Basil Poledouris will not be there, though. That might be the saddest thing I read today.

http://www.intrada.net/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?f=12&t=7001 Since there will be an event for it then it must be a (very) special title so my guess is Spider-Man 3. No, the event is Doug demonstrating how to he makes his own'home made vinyl' in the basement! just like the moonshiners brm

I squealed out loud witnessing Intrada release a Chris Young (my favorite living composer) on my birthday. As for Basil...Free Willy?
