Yes I've watched this many a time. Probably the only time film music has been parodied in comedy. Or are there others?

Reminds me of the Zimmerish satiric commercial years ago where the keyboardist goes off on a wild tangent as his orchestra looks on in astonishment.

Here is another sketch from a late 70s German comedy show. While it is in German all you need to understand is the sentence: "Ich suche den Mittelteil von Dr. Zhivago" which means "I am searching for the middle part of Dr. Zhivago".
