If he only composed ROOTS, DINO, THE KILLING OF SISTER GEORGE and Oscar nominee BIRDS DO IT...BEES DO IT he would be Golden for me. But add his contributions to both MAN FROM UNCLE, and STAR TREK plus the Stanley Kubrick films and you have him on the list of the top unheralded composers of our time!
IMDb is user contributed. Unless Fried did it himself or somebody did it with the correct date, it doesn't make IMDb correct. I find errors on IMDb all the time. Sometimes I even find two pages for the same person and have to combine them.
It reminds me of what comedian Brian Posehn said: his wikipedia page -- another site that is user contributed -- had funny and naughty things on it, but he wanted it to see that his penis tastes like gummy bears and cures cancer.

Indeed but usually when you have two corroborating sources from whatever you have good chances. And if you want to add the New York Times and MAN FROM UNCLE liner notes they go up still. But I have the feeling you will just wait for Fried's phone call.
