Certainly worth it for anyone. Any plan for a 2nd box set? "Vivre pour vivre" and "13 jours en France" are classic soundtracks that could be re-issued if better sounding sources exist. In terms of unreleased French soundtracks, I would go for a full "La lecon particuliere" and then I think the LPs from "Un homme libre" and "Madly" are some of his best work. Even the kids-friendly "Le petit poucet" has some very nice tracks. Finally, if any of "Les hommes" and "Mon Amour, Mon Amour" exist, that would be great too. The odd thing is that they list THE GAMES as part of the 7 CD Anthology set and it's not. One can only hope someone puts that score and Lai's other Michael Winner score for I'LL NEVER FORGET WHAT'S 'IS NAME out on CD one day. They included some Inedits, which is superb. I'm listening to this BOX SET frequently and can't enjoy enough.... The most important discovery I made has been the score to UN AMOUR DE PLUIE since I never heard the LP before. WIDOW'S NEST is also particularly beautiful, in the same league as BILITIS, as is mentioned in the booklet. The one I don't really appreciate is HORIZONS LOINTAINS on the last CD: it doesn't regard the tunes per se but there's definitely too much synth for my taste in that score. Let's indeed hope that a 2d volume will be published. A few months ago, I tried to download L'ODEUR DES FAUVES paired together with CHILD UNDER A LEAF on FGL's website (http://www.fglmusic.com/produit.php?id=1153) and for some reason, there were a couple of files toward the end of this album that I received in a different format. I eventually didn't manage to burn a CD-r out of it and lost my money. That's why I wish those scores as well as DANS LA POUSSIERE DU SOLEIL / LES PETROLEUSES and LES RIPOUX I & II could make it in a possible 2d box.    Posted:   Sep 29, 2016 - 8:31 AM     By:   slint   (Member) QoBuz sell them in FLAC and you can always re-download or resume later. Once you pay you have access to the files forever (well until the website closes). Are these mostly LP programs? I'm embarrassed to say I don't know any of the films from the set. Are the scores here considered to be among his best?
