Sorry to hear it. Not many New Wavers left now. Godard and Varda are the ones that come immediately to mind.

Rivette made some of my favorite films, such La Belle Noiseuse & The Nun.

La Belle Noiseuse is a truly fascinating film.

THE NUN (La Religieuse) is the only film of Rivette's that I've seen.
