Arthur B Rubenstein

You might want to respect the composer and spell his name right. It's not as easy as "Goldsmith," but simple enough.

The original track title is 'Metal Non-Detection', not 'Metal Non-Destruction'.

unrelated, but is the reason he uses the "B" to distinguish himself from the late Polish pianist?

Track list updated.

Would you considering spelling Rubinstein's name correctly in the thread title, too?

Great score!

I would love to see a release of ABR's LOST IN AMERICA score.

As long as it's correct on the CD track listing itself....?!

I'm not familiar with this, but it would be normally a title I'd be interested enough to take a chance on. However, at the $30+shipping this would actually cost me, it doesn't make sense.

Received the new CD. The track title is wrong in both the track list and the booklet.

Better news is the sound is very good. Listening now and judging from what I've heard so far, the additional music is excellent and well worth the upgrade from the old version.

Oh dear.

Perhaps there's a reason. There's always a reason. If it's Paramount, the lawyers will have been all over it. And if the cue sheet was wrong then...

If you love 80s/90s action/suspense music, this is absolutely worth picking up. For me, every bit the equal of Kamen, Goldsmith, Newton Howard, Broughton et al. Wonderful release.

It's great fun to listen through to each track and watch a moving second hand to see that yes, indeed, just about every number has 60 beats per minute (or some division thereof, as Rubinstein says in the notes). So that the music really does feel to be moving in real time along with the film.

Extra music fills out the ideas nicely, though again, turns out the shorter listen was a very effective presentation of the score. Thanks 3L!
