So big the head and neck sticks out of it's display room! (though I'm sure that's done for dramatic/artistic reasons)

I discovered some time ago most dino skeletons on display are FAKE! Well okay, reproductions. Kinda disappointing your not actually looking at the actual fossils. But I understand the reasons for keeping the fossils safely stored away for future scientific research.

There is no dinosaur big enough to satisfy my thirst for huge, scary things I could imagine putting the ultimate chomp on some of the maladroits I've had to call "boss" in the past.

Thanks for bumping the thread DavidinBerkeley. Even if your taking it somewhere wildly different than I envisioned. wink

I'm reminded of the Donald Duck story, written and drawn by Carl Barks, wherein Donald and his three nephews are being chased by a brontosaurus. Says one of the nephews, holding up his ever-knowledgeable Junior Woodchucks Guidebook, "Don't worry, Unca Donald, it says here this dinosaur doesn't eat meat!"

To which Donald, still running, quips: "Yeah, we know that! But does he know that?"
