Did anybody watch the Decades cable channel and notice that the opening notes to Jerry Goldsmith's score for "Westinghouse Studio One"'s presentation of "A Shadow Of A Genius" were the same he would use for the main title to "Dr. Kildare"? (Jon Burlingame mentions this, though not the series, in his book "Television's Greatest Hits") This show is also noteworthy as one of the final episodes of "Studio One" to be videotaped (and aired in 3/'58).

Yes. I did and I noticed the score, and those Kildare notes. I told my wife that's gotta be Goldsmith, and the credits confirmed it.
