Amazon UK has it on download but no physical copies, not even imports. I've ordered a copy from Amazon US and had it sent to my brother's address near Pittsburgh. On principle alone, I refuse to buy the S.H.I.E.L.D. season 2 Blu-ray set or the AGENT CARTER Blu-ray set. And now I know why the S.H.I.E.L.D. and BRIDGE OF SPIES soundtracks aren't available anywhere else. So even if you find a bargain there, with the shipping, it's certainly not anymore. It's more reasonable, but it's only rarely that you find CD's cheaply here. In Germany, the import duty is calculated upon arrival and has to be paid at the post office when collecting your parcel, so it doesn't show up on the Amazon bill. There are also import duties in the US, but the general threshold below which all goods are exempt is much higher than in Europe (I read 200 USD), so most of the time it doesn't register. I didn't know the shipping rates were that different.
