THE FRANKENSTEIN CHRONICLES---A&E will air this British miniseries starring Sean Bean. The miniseries is set in 1820s London where Inspector John Marlott investigates the discovery of a “crude assembly of body parts arranged in a grotesque parody of a human form". His investigation leads him through “an underworld of prostitution, drug smuggling, bodysnatching and murder for profit.” No premiere date was announced.

ALIEN: PARADISE LOST---Ridley Scott gave more details on the sequel, “It’s going to be it’s own separate thing because they are going to the planet of the Engineers and they are going to see what happened there. It was a disaster. And they will be in that alien craft that takes them there, but with a new group that’s incoming, a new group of travelers in the beginning of the first act.”

I didn't realise it had even started yet! I think there's mileage in the concept...I hope it doesn't die a quick death before it gets in its stride....

ALIEN: PARADISE LOST---

I'd like to see these sequel secondary titles start to incorporate the Classics like...ALIEN: WUTHERING HEIGHTS.
