I have also encountered this a few times earlier today when I was trying to get on to FSM. Really bizarre.

Off and on all day. I would say they are having DNS issues or something with their host.

Yes, it's an Internet DNS issue that has nothing to do with us but will clear soon if it has not already.

Yep! Someone forgot to renew the domain name. (I would guess.)
Going in and out probably means it got renewed, but it takes time for it to fully materialize across the interwebs.

Edit: Okay I was wrong.

Nothing wrong with the renewal—it's a DNS issue. Move along please...
