prometheus does not sell "direct" .. buying from Tadlow is the closest you can get to direct.
Exactly.....Tadlow has sales for UK/European customers.....Screen Archives for North America.....
but why the price is quoted only in pounds? (or so it seems to me) tks
Why should it be quoted in any other currency for a UK company?
...but it is oh so easy to do the conversion to Euros yourself...or any other currency for that matter...but as my account is in the UK then monies are converted to £Sterling.
Just an observation.... It does rather amuse me that for my main work as producer/contractor our colonial cousins in North America still actually think the $ is king and have no idea how to convert to other currencies...this includes a lot of USA banks who often don't know how to transfer money to other countries and are so far behind the rest of the world that they don't even know what IBAN (Internatonal Banking) numbers are.... one day they might catch up..

reading what you wrote "for UK/European customers" I mistakenly thought that Euros could be accepted too. Clearly this is not the case, since you clarified (to me, at least) the legal status of the company. All my previous Tadlow/Prometheus releases have been bought from Chris soundtrack corner (when I'm in Europe) or Moviemusic Store (when I'm in the US), so I didn't know it. My question was prompted by the fact that, on top of an already rather costly conversion rate (ah, those expensive pounds..), the banks / credit card companies charge commissions (usually hidden in the exchange rate). It was just an "economic" curiosity that, of course, will not deter me from ordering this wonderful latest production. Thanks for answering.
