BOURNE 5---Matt Damon commented on the latest sequel which also stars Alicia Vikander, Tommy Lee Jones and Julia Stiles, “Without giving too much of it away, it’s Bourne through an austerity-riddled Europe and in a post-Snowden world...There are all these kinds of arguments about spying and civil liberties and the nature of democracy...We’re starting in Greece, you know, the beginning of democracy...And the movie ends in Las Vegas, the most grotesque incarnation of….” [trails off laughing].
GAME OF THRONES---director David Nutter said about Stannis Baratheon's fate, "From the beginning, and [through] the script process, that was the intent - he's dead."
But recently George RR Martin replied to a fan's question about Stannis, "In my books? Alive, beyond a doubt."
FEAR THE WALKING DEAD---new AMC multi-episode 30-minute web series underway set aboard an airliner during a zombie outbreak. The survivor of the plague will be a new character on FEAR THE WALKING DEAD in Season 2.
GOLD---Bryce Dallas Howard (JURASSIC WORLD) will co-star with Matthew McConaughey in this movie based on the true story of a mining company's gold fraud in Indonesia.
MARJORIE PRIME---Jon Hamm is in talks to star in this sci fi movie based on the novel about an elderly woman who uses a company that provides holographic recreations of deceased loved ones. Hamm would play the woman's imperfect husband.
WOODY ALLEN---Steve Carell has replaced the departed Bruce Willis in the untitled movie.
OH HEAVENLY DOG---20th Century Fox remake underway of the 1980 movie that starred Chevy Chase and Jane Seymour.
CAPTAIN MARVEL---Ronda Rousey is campaigning for the starring role, but she did receive a $5 million offer to star in the porn parody movie titled CAPTAIN MARVEL XXX: AN AXEL BRAUN PARODY.
THE TITAN---sci fi movie underway about a military family involved in a genetic evolution experiment in outer space. Sam Worthington, Ruth Wilson and Sofia Boutella star.
BORDERLANDS---Lionsgate movie underway based on the video game.
THE KID---Western movie about a boy who asks Billy the Kid to help save his sister from their evil uncle. After Sheriff Pat Garrett kills Billy, Garrett helps the boy to save his sister. Vincent D'Onofrio is the director.
BLOOD BROTHERS---Michael B. Jordan (FANTASTIC FOUR) is in talks to star in this movie based on the vampire comic book.
COMPLICATIONS---USA Network canceled the series.
OXFORD---movie underway about an American Rhodes scholar studying at Oxford and falls in love with an arrogant teaching assistant who's suffering from terminal cancer. Melissa Benoist (SUPERGIRL) and Sam Heughan (OUTLANDER) star.
