Waxwork Records is primarily a vinyl label. They do sometimes offer digital albums, but that is only for their yearly subscribers and it depends on the license.
Probably as a Club release, since the only previous issue was on lp.

The newly remastered " Revenge the Ninja Album was completed and delivered to Varese Sarabande Records for CD release about 5 weeks ago. It features lots of new content as well as original tracks from 33-year old audio masters that I carefully kept in storage - and that that have been greatly enhanced. Hope everyone enjoys it! Transformers Classic Releases are next - my 50 - piece orchestra scores to the original 1938-1988 Marvel TV series are in remastering now. Next is G.I. Joe, My Little Pony, Jem. To be released as a collector's edition on Blu_ray disc featuring 5.1 surround, new video interviews with original cast and crew, artwork and original show video. Well Varese has to design the new album, liner notes, and manufacture. The June delivery was most likely just the music itself. The rest takes time, including approvals on cover art etc.
