It sounds like George Duning had the title in mind for his main theme for ANY WEDNESDAY.

Earle Hagen said in interview that he deliberately wrote the central theme of "That Girl" around the title.

On the 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea DVD they mention how Paul Smith always composed to lyrics even for instrumental scores.

If this were a serious thread, I would mention A TIME TO LOVE AND A TIME TO DIE, where Rozsa's somewhat atypical main theme seems designed to accommodate a request for a vocal that was never realized. Curiously Rozsa actually did set those words to music -- years earlier in his 1945 motet To Everything There Is a Season, which sounds nothing like the 1958 film score.
