The clips sound great. Only ten tracks, I hope it's not based on the UA LP as there is no indication of running time. Anyway, I'll know soon. Thanks for the link!

included here is a nice 2007 performance

It sounds great in fact. I love that 'orchestral jazz age' sound it has.
Can't wait to get this....whenever that will be.

Ditto. But since CPO has international distribution - I have many of their classical releases - I may just wait til it's available in the States.

Received the cd today. I've had no time to listen to it and won't before the end of the week.

Running time is 79'49. It was recorded in Hanover November 13-20 2006 and October 9 2007. I wonder why it took so long to come to cd.

Because CPO. They sometimes take forever to release stuff, god knows why.

Are there digital download sites that tend to get these releases by this label and make them available for lossless download.

eClassical.com has some CPO. I'm pretty both The Classical Shop and whatever ClassicsOnline morphed into recently as well.

None of the major classical download sites seem to have it. Guess I'll have to listen more to the samples to determine if I want to go ahead and buy the CD.

It's a featured 'Weekend Special' at Arkivmusic.com:
http://www.arkivmusic.com/albumpage/1891700-E1415

Though with shipping it's a pretty normal price. If you happen to have the free shipping subscription like me, however, it's a good deal...
