McLaglen's Hellfighters (1968), which stars John Wayne, Katharine Ross, Jim Hutton, Vera Miles, Jay C. Flippen and Bruce Cabot. The film streets on August 11th. The Blu-ray release of Hellfighters is presented in 1080p with DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 surround. Also available are French, Spanish, German, Japanese, Portuguese and Russian DTS 2.0 stereo tracks. Back in the 80s when Dallas was big news and they were talkng about a movie, I always thought Hellfighters would make a good premise for that, perhaps with JR torching his own wells for insurance or whatever.
