Hey, please check this out and tell me what you think. There's nothing profound about it and it's not long. I just hope everyone finds it kind of fun! Oh and please feel free to mention any others you may have remembered.

It is late, and I am tired.
But, prior to retiring, here I am at FSM.
Arthur, your topic IS fascinating and fun!
You've caused me to put my thinking cap on, just when I'm ready to stop doing any more thinking today!
Maybe I can come up with a few more examples for you to consider...

Hey thanks for that! I really appreciate the effort!

HOLLOW MAN (2000)

Invisible man Sebastian Caine (Kevin Bacon) slips into his neighbor's apartment with the intention of raping her. The last shot we see is a closeup of her screaming as he's pushing her toward the bed.
CUT to: A nighttime shot of Linda McKay (Elizabeth Shue) driving to Sebastian's apartment.
We never see the rape.
We don't need to see it.
What I find fascinating about this sequence is that Jerry Goldsmith scores the next scene of Linda driving her car as if he's scoring the rape itself.

I don't know if this qualifies, Arthur.

I'm not sure either but it is fascinating. I finally got around to doing Part 2. I hope you enjoy it also: http://thecinemacafe.com/the-cinema-treasure-hunter/2017/1/20/exploring-the-artifacts-12-the-missing-links-part-2-of-2
