Stupid question. Is it too early to mention the specific titles we'd like from the catalog, or will we be getting an e-mail/survey after the fundraiser is done?

Yes, we have to wait until the fundraiser is not only done, but actually funded - which will be about three weeks after we finish.
I hope you are going to start another thread soon for the push, and maybe bump a few of the best Kritzerland release threads from the past as a reminder of the awesome releases you have done.
I agree. If you really want something a couple of threads is no problem. Especially if you can update the header to get an idea where things stand.
