The Partridge Family cast is mourning the loss of one of their own. Suzanne Crough, best known for playing Tracy Partridge on the beloved series, died at age 52 in Nevada on Monday, April 27.

One of Crough's family members confirmed the news to TMZ, but did not go into detail of what caused her death.

Crough starred in The Partridge Family from 1970 to 1974, when she was ages 7 to 11. She later appeared on TV shows such as Mulligan's Stew and Wonder Woman, and last starred in the 1980 TV movie Children of Divorce.

The California native left Hollywood soon after, but did reunite with her former costars on the Today show in March 2010. "I’m an office manager for Office Max," she told Today co-host Matt Lauer at the time. "I have two daughters, I’m married, I have a normal job."

Sad to hear. May she Rest in Peace. I remember her on the show and thinking that this little girl didn't seem to have much or any acting experience.

As a lifelong TPF fan, this comes as a shock. She was a year younger than I am.

I have the whole series on DVD.

The only other thing I saw Suzanne in was TEENAGE FATHER, a 1978 cautionary educational drama. She played the pregnant girl, really the central character. They showed it in school, and about halfway through, kids started recognizing her from THE PARTRIDGE FAMILY.

It's sad that she's gone so young, but it's good that Suzanne had a normal life after show business, an adult life, and she didn't end up like Anissa Jones or Dana Plato.
