Hopkins composed a pleasantly melodic score for "August," a movie adaptation of "Uncle Vanya" which he also directed and starred in. Here's a sample from the finale and end credits.
You can go to SAE to find a compilation of scoring he's done. He's a surprisingly fine composer, certainly better than a lot of newer composers I'm seeing praised today.
And he kicks ever square inch of Eastwood's scoring ass. Seriously Clint, stick to acting and directing.
