STAR WARS: THE FORCE AWAKENS---new teaser trailer and photos released.

Trailer link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ngElkyQ6Rhs

BLADE RUNNER 2---Ryan Gosling is in negotiations to co-star in an undisclosed role with Harrison Ford in the sequel.

INDEPENDENCE DAY 2---Bill Pullman and Judd Hirsch were confirmed as returning for the sequel by director Roland Emmerich.

JURASSIC WORLD---new poster shows Bryce Dallas Howard facing genetic hybrid dinosaur Indominus Rex.

THE LIMEHOUSE GOLEM---Alan Rickman (DIE HARD, HARRY POTTER) stars in this movie based on the novel set in Victorian London in which a series of grisly murders may have been committed by the mythical monster called the Golem. The script is by Jane Goldman (KINGSMAN: THE SECRET SERVICE).
Rickman said he almost turned down co-starring in DIE HARD, "I didn't know anything about LA. I didn't know anything about the film business... I'd never made a film before, but I was extremely cheap." After reading the script, he thought, "What the hell is this? I'm not doing an action movie."

SUICIDE SQUAD---Jared Leto released a photo of himself as the Joker.

MARWENCOL---Steve Carell will star in this Robert Zemeckis movie based on the documentary about a man who suffered amnesia after a brutal attack. He built a miniature village where he and others live in order to cope.

ESPN---the sports channel suspended reporter Britt McHenry for one week after her tirade against a tow company employee after her car was towed. McHenry ranted, "I'm in the news sweetheart, I will f***ing sue this place...Yep, that's all you care about, is just taking people's money. With no education, no skillset, just wanted to clarify that. ... Do you feel good about your job? So I could be a college dropout and do the same thing? Why, cause I have a brain and you don't?"
She continued with, "Maybe if I was missing some teeth they would hire me, huh?... I'm in television and you're in a f***ing trailer, honey..Lose some weight, baby girl."

I say Cool to almost all of the news you are presenting us with here today Dragon53.

That ESPN thing seems absurd. Somebody just doing their job and the subject throws a tantrum. Professional and civil.

Something tells me this roller bot is going to be the next "Ewok" or "Jar Jar".

Possibly, but fans are enchanted with BB-8 so far.

It seems to help that it looks at first like something that could only be achieved through CGI, but turned out to be a practical, on-set effect.

Independence Day, though dumb, was fun, I'll grant that. But it's hardly something that needs a sequel, or even could really benefit from one.

Uh, it's marketing, Sol. Don't you see it - football is a friend to Star Wars (squeeze/mileage/squeeze). I can just see the little feller in a future soccer ad with the ball ramming a ball into the net - and a suitably catchy catchphrase to go. In fact, I think I'm going to call that droid "Dribble" from now on.
