I have ordered from CSC in the past, overspend on some titles (foolishly to think about it afterwards), but what made me stop doing business with Christian is in part due to this very board. I ordered a CD for my recipient from the FSM Holiday exchange via CSC, paid for it well in advance. When he got it in stock weeks later (and now close to holidays) he suddenly refused to ship it to my recipient and dragged me into a personal vendetta I had no interest in. The order was paid for and I even suggested shipping it to me instead which he refused. To make a long story short, I cancelled that order as well as another substantial one that was already paid for after his poor behavior and wont do business with this person again.
I've also heard stories of backorders that lasted well over half a year without any follow up, so order from this store at your own risk.
Have not received orders I have made during this offer or had replies to emails that I've sent. Anyone else have any info on how to contact this seller?

Please just refund my orders
My is also in "pending" status. I'll wait for another week. After that I probably also will ask for refund. I paid 82.80 Euro and can't believe that CD from Canada couldn't arrive to Germany for 2 months! For me it's significant sum... At least, I could spend them for Varese titles. And now I'm afraid that Varese will offer more great titles than my I can buy.
I just now received the largest order I have ever placed with one store. Chris has been great to me and answered every e-mail I sent to him same day. I am absolutely thrilled to have this much incredible music to enjoy now and forever. I feel like every CD I got is a GEM! I really got my CIPRIANI ON!
