. . . the ACPA has already been green-lighted and the precedent set for it's invokation. So, I guess it was just a matter of time before a bigwig like Amazon used it in pursuit of it's own interests by example. The situation reminds me of the Microsoft Windows game, Minesweeper - do the math before you tread.
